New Services and Terms
Dear User,
We currently have four user groups: User, Reseller, Distributor, and Web Owner.
Initial deposit: $1000
Minimum subsequent payments: $100
Orders must be made via API.
If an order fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account.
Refunds are not available for Web Owners, as all funds are directly allocated to resources.
If you wish to terminate the agreement, you must wait at least 6 months before funds can be withdrawn. A support ticket must be submitted, and unless a serious reason is provided, your request will be denied.
Valid termination reasons include: ceasing activity or severe health conditions.
Web Owners must not share our pricing with others. If proven, their accounts will be blocked, and all funds will be forfeited.
Web Owners will have access to premium rates and must use them responsibly.
Premium iCloud Removal is available only to Distributors and Web Owners.
Many high-level services are exclusive to these two groups.
Strict policies are enforced to protect premium pricing and system integrity.
If you publicly accuse us of fraud on any platform without evidence, your account will be permanently blocked, and your funds will be lost.
Some customers request refunds after successful orders—this is considered a baseless accusation. We operate with full fairness and transparency.

If no deposit is made within 1 month, the Distributor will be downgraded to a regular User.

Inactive or non-depositing users will be removed from the system.
Web Owners must remain consistently active.
Wrong or incorrect orders are non-refundable. Please double-check before placing orders.
Premium iCloud services are only available to Distributors and Web Owners.
We value our customers and strive to provide a fair and professional service. Please read and follow the rules carefully.
How can I withdraw my balance from my personal account?
Only Regular Users can withdraw the balance from their personal account.
Distributors and Web Owners can withdraw it after six months.
If A12+ Bypass services are not completed or are rejected, the funds will be immediately returned to their balance.
They can then withdraw the balance funds. This applies only to the A12+ Bypass service and is conditional upon refunding their own customers,
as we value both our clients and their customers.
After topping up your balance, you can order a service, and if there is a cancellation,
you can order another service in the future, or reorder the same service later
Can I cancel an order if it is being processed through the system/API?
It is not possible to cancel an order if it is being processed through the system/API,
as they are processed automatically by the vendor. You can only cancel a manual order,
which is processed by the administrator himself
Will there be a refund if the wrong IMEI/Serial?
Make sure you entered the correct IMEI/Serial before ordering.
If you entered it incorrectly, no refunds will be given.
What to do if there are delays in orders through the API?
In some cases there may be delays in orders through the API,
it depends on the supplier, be patient
Can I make a refund for a service I ordered?
There is no refund for the service you ordered if you ordered
the same service from another provider and that provider
provided the service faster. Make your orders with the same provider
Are the funds refunded when you re-block?
If you get locked out again, no refunds will be given.
Remember your usernames and passwords after unlocking and do not share them with anyone
What to do to connect to our API?
If you want to connect to our API, go to
"Account" - "Settings" - "API settings" or contact the administrator.
The administrator's contacts are in the basement of the site
What to do if the order was not processed, there was an error or the service is unavailable?
If your order was not processed, there was an error or the service is unavailable, please contact the administrator
By joining this group and making a deposit, you agree to our rules and terms.
When registering, please enter accurate information (address, phone number, full name) and complete the verification process to confirm your identity.
If you do not access your account for 2 years and fail to withdraw your remaining balance, it will be considered your responsibility. In such cases, UNLOCKSPRO will not be held liable, and it will be understood that we owe you nothing.

We are all human — unexpected events such as death or health issues can happen. In such cases, please ensure that your account information is shared with a trusted relative or written in your personal notebook so they can access it if needed.
